In the intelligent vehicle sector, the company launched mass-production-ready J6V_L2+ and J6V super trucks for high-speed trunk routes in 2022. In the field of new energy, FAW Jiefang, a subsidiary of FAW Trucks, has made remarkable achievements. It jointly developed the J6P liquid hydrogen heavy-duty truck with relevant institutions, which successfully carried out the first domestic real-vehicle public road demonstration operation. The vehicle has a driving range of more than 1,000 kilometers, setting a new domestic record for the driving range of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks. This achievement marks the transition of China’s liquid hydrogen heavy-duty truck technology from the laboratory to real-world road conditions, realizing the full-chain integration from technology research and development to commercial validation.
