FAW J6 Truck High-Efficiency Propulsion:

Heavy-duty J6 models are equipped with FAW’s proprietary Aowei (Austec) 11L or 13L diesel engines (e.g., CA6DM2 / CA6DM3). Incorporating FCCS II high-compression ratio combustion technology, it reduces fuel consumption by 2 to 3 liters per 100 km compared to competitors.

Heavy-Duty Chassis Architecture: Engineering dump variants utilize reinforced double- or triple-layer frames (e.g., 8+8mm steel). Paired with 16-ton hub-reduction axles and inter-wheel/inter-axle differential locks, the chassis provides supreme off-road traction in mud and deep mining pits.

The J6 cabin is constructed from high-strength pressed steel plate sheets complying strictly with European ECE R29 crash safety regulations.

Cab Rear-Shift Technology: In the event of a severe head-on collision, the truck’s four-point floating suspension layout allows the entire cabin to shift backward, absorbing structural impact energy and creating a vital survival zone for the driver and passenger.

The ConMet bearing hub unit is 500,000 km maintenance-free with a higher attendance rate.
