FAW Jiefang’s 10-speed transmission (CA10TAX130S) secured the prestigious title of the 9th “World Top Ten Transmissions” through its outstanding performance.
This event gathered the world’s top powertrain technologies, with the judging panel comprising authoritative experts from prestigious universities and research institutions including Tsinghua University, Beihang University, Beijing Institute of Technology, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
After rigorous real-vehicle testing and multi-dimensional evaluation, FAW Jiefang’s 10-speed transmission demonstrated outstanding performance in both objective metrics and subjective assessments, ultimately standing out to showcase its leading technological prowess and reliable product quality.
This transmission features robust load-bearing capacity and efficient power transmission, with a maximum input torque of 1300 N·m and maximum input speed of 2500 rpm. It employs a configuration of 10 forward gears and 2 reverse gears.
In terms of powertrain compatibility, this transmission achieves high-efficiency synergy with the CA6DK2 engine, delivering maximum torque of 1300 N·m at 2500 rpm and power output of 262 kW. With a comprehensive transmission efficiency of 97.3%, it provides robust and smooth power delivery for medium-duty truck models, earning strong market and user trust.
