3.Powertrain Performance and Emissions
This is an export model, and its emissions standards are less stringent than those of the domestic version.
It is equipped with an 11-liter, inline six-cylinder CA6DM2 diesel engine with single-wheel electronic fuel injection, which meets Euro 5 emissions standards, producing a maximum power of 420 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1900 Nm.
4.Chassis, Axles, and Tire Configuration
The chassis is the key element of this J6P 6×6 dump truck. It is equipped with a full set of hub-reduction axles, offering a high reduction ratio and excellent off-road performance.
The front and rear hub-reduction axles feature a distinctive design. The front steering axle is similar to that of previous Chongqing Dajiang models. The truck is equipped with large Triangle 14.00 R20 off-road tires.
The dual rear axles also use a single 14.00 R20 tire. This configuration prioritizes off-road capability over heavy-duty payload capacity.
5.Suspension and Export Markings
The rear suspension uses thick, multi-leaf steel springs. This design is relatively uncommon in modern domestically manufactured trucks. Currently, most urban dump trucks use parabolic leaf springs, with the exception of 100-ton heavy-duty models.
The markings on the urea tank and air filter indicate its marketability. The text of the markings suggests that it is manufactured in Central Asia, not just Russia. The term “Russian” is commonly used in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and other neighboring countries.
