Cargo Volume & Insulation: Offers cargo box volumes ranging from 40–65 cubic meters (configurable for 6×4/8×4 chassis), with a 100mm-thick polyurethane insulation layer that maintains temperature stability (cooling range of -25°C to +25°C). The inner wall uses food-grade stainless steel to prevent contamination.

Refrigeration System: Equipped with a Carrier or Thermo King refrigeration unit, delivering cooling capacity of 28,000–42,000 kcal/h. The system supports automatic temperature adjustment and defrosting, ensuring consistent cooling even during door openings.
Power & Efficiency: Powered by a FAW CA6DM3 diesel engine (420–550 HP) that meets Euro VI emission standards, paired with a 12-speed AMT transmission. The truck achieves a fuel efficiency of 22–26 L/100 km, reducing operational costs for long-distance hauls.

Key Design Features

Temperature Monitoring & Control: Integrates a smart IoT monitoring system that tracks real-time cargo temperature, humidity, and door opening status via a 7-inch touchscreen display. Data can be synced to cloud platforms for remote fleet management.

Durable Cargo Box: The outer shell is made of high-strength fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) or aluminum alloy, with an anti-corrosion coating to withstand harsh weather. The box structure is fully sealed with EPDM rubber gaskets to eliminate heat exchange.
Safety & Comfort: The J6P cab features air suspension seats, adaptive cruise control, and lane departure warning systems for driver comfort on long trips. The refrigeration unit includes an emergency backup battery to prevent temperature loss during engine shutdowns.
