U-Shape Box Structure: The carriage is made of high-strength steel (Q700 material) with a U-shaped design to reduce material residue and improve unloading efficiency. Optional Hardox steel plates offer exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion.
Reinforced Chassis: The main frame is constructed with thickened steel beams to withstand high internal pressure and external loads. The trailer is equipped with a 28-ton heavy-duty landing gear for easy coupling and uncoupling.
Safety & Convenience Features: Includes pressure relief valves, emergency shutdown systems, and high-visibility lighting to ensure safe operation. Optional side guards and reflective markings enhance road safety during night operations.
