Axle & Suspension: Equipped with 2-4 axles from trusted brands like Fuwa or BPW, paired with leaf spring suspension or air suspension systems. These ensure stable load distribution and smooth rides even on rough terrain.
Tire & Rim: Fitted with 12R22.5, 13R22.5, or 1200R20 tires (12-20 pieces depending on axle configuration) and reinforced rims to handle extreme weight and maintain durability.
Design & Features
Drop Side Fence Structure: Features detachable or foldable side walls (600-1500 mm in height) and a front gate, allowing easy loading and unloading from multiple sides. The fence design also provides secure containment for irregularly shaped cargo.
Reinforced Chassis: The main frame uses thickened Q345B steel beams to resist bending and torsion, extending service life in long-term use. The floor is made of checkered steel plate for anti-slip performance, with optional thickness of 3-8 mm.
Customization Options: Supports modifications such as twist locks for container transport, adjustable side rails, or specialized coatings for corrosion resistance in coastal or harsh environments. Optional toolboxes and lifting systems are also available.
