Payload & Volume: Configurable for payloads of 30–80 tons, with U-shaped or rectangular carriage volumes ranging from 20–60 cubic meters. Multi-axle models (2–4 axles) balance heavy load capacity with compliance to road weight regulations.
Hydraulic Dumping System: Powered by a high-pressure HYVA hydraulic cylinder (160–200 mm bore diameter), the trailer achieves a dumping angle of 45–60 degrees for complete material discharge within 15–25 seconds. Optional dual-cylinder systems enhance stability for extra-heavy loads.
Chassis & Axles: Built with a reinforced Q345B steel chassis to withstand impact and torsion. Equipped with heavy-duty axles (Fuwa/BPW brand) and leaf spring suspension, ensuring reliable performance on rough terrain and long-haul routes.
Wear-Resistant Carriage: The carriage uses Hardox 450 or NM400 wear-resistant steel plates (8–12 mm thickness) to reduce abrasion from sharp materials like gravel and ore. The U-shaped design minimizes material residue and improves dumping efficiency.
Loading/Unloading Flexibility: Features wide sideboards (500–1200 mm height) with optional removable panels for side loading of bulky items. The rear tailgate can be configured to swing open, fold down, or dump with the carriage for versatile unloading.
